I have found them through Home Depot to look into my AC unit for the new house I purchased. I thought it was not working and would like to either have it fixed or buy a new one. They scheduled to come in very fast. Kevin showed up exactly on time, and showed me how to operate the system. Apparently, the AC works. He is very honest and cares for the customers rather than making a buck. He also came in the next day to fix my termostat as well. I would definitely hire them again. Great experience!

We went to Home Depot to see if they had a contractor/plumber who could replace our in-floor heating water tank. Friesens was their recommendation and from there it was super quick. We ended up getting the water heater as well and after Frank looked at a couple of pictures, they were at our place by 8:30 and done by 1:00. We are really happy and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

When my furnace and hot water tank died a month apart from eachother, there was only one company to call - Friesen's. They've come out to help me with my furnace before and I knew they were the ones for the job yet again. Everyone on the team is friendly, receptive and helpful to finding a solution and getting things done. A big shout-out to Wendy for going above and beyond to ensure I understood the process and steps to take, and for investigating my appliances warranty. She was so kind and supportive - a true angel in disguise. Prices are reasonable and would definitely recommend for your furnace and hot water needs.

Friesen's had installed my furnace and since I had no issues whatsoever, I had them install a new water tank. As expected, they came quickly, did a fantastic job, and the installer was very pleasant and easy to deal with. an issue arose with my water pressure after the install created by the calcium build up from my old tank. They came back without question and fixed the issue. Friesen's has been easy to deal with, pleasant, and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any HVAC work.

I called them off hours on a Sunday evening and I got a call back within a couple hours. They got out to my job the next day and did their thing professionaly and quickly.
They have definitely earned their perfect score on here. Would recommend for your hot water and furnace needs. When I got a quote, they did do not have gimmicky sales rebates or condition, they just had the best price. Id recommend you shop around but Friesens still was the best.

We had a technician from Friesen’s Climate Control come last week to repair our tankless water heater. He charged the full amount for labour and diagnosis, but the issue was never actually fixed — we’re still having the same problem with hot water. This has been very inconvenient.
When I called the office to report that the problem continued, the lady who answered was quite dismissive. Instead of helping, she said she’s not a technician and that no one would be available for another three days. When I asked if the follow-up visit could be covered since the first repair didn’t solve the issue, she refused and claimed it was a “different problem.”
This kind of response and lack of accountability is very disappointing. I would not recommend this to anyone else.

Had Friesons out to replace my furnace and move the entire ductwork to the center axis of the house, about 5ft laterally. Friesen’s once again our go-to for our Edmonton home and rental needs for HVAC and HWT replace and service. For over 10 yrs now.
3 yrs ago we had some problems with our home AC unit. It was constantly recycling. We cleaned condenser unit but same problem. We called another co. Their “best tech” pitched us that we needed to replace the 7 yr old Trane, Friesen installed system. Friesen tech came in, recharged the system and it has been great for 3 yrs.
Just had Travis do a HWT for a rental unit, 4 days ago. He was polite, quick, professional and knew his business. Most impressed. Front end team was great too!

Extremely disappointed with the work and service. Been speaking to Brad who sounded genuine. ended up getting a Kevin to look at our Tankless hot water tank to "Fix" our Code 12. Been an on going issue and this is a brand new HOME! I followed all the steps. I understand they didnt install it, but to Charge $250 to "Fix" which was a flush and the next day to have it not working again.. and have no Hot water yet again.. and on top of that ASK for another $250 to do exactly nothing is absolutely ridiculous. They don't warranty their work or service from what they said to my wife. I would love to speak to Brad again to hopefully fix this, but otherwise steer clear of their "servicingi" unless you want to get gouged and be exactly at Sqaure 1 again with the exact same problem. Minus $250 on $250 on the exact same problems you originally had. Unreal. and I was referred to this place.

EDIT* We called the emergency Line on Saturday and even left a VM. Still havent heard back after 2 days. No phone call, voicemail, email or anything. Unreal.
Edit* Brad called back and was very understanding. Definitely Night and day from what we experienced. We appreciate the concern and you taking time to give us a shout back to hopefully rectify the situation. Thank you again
