I recently faced an unexpected failure with our hot water tank and needed a new one installed as soon as possible. After reaching out to several vendors without success, I contacted Home Depot, which connected me with Friesen's Climate Control. From the very beginning, their service exceeded my expectations.Brad Dieno from Friesen's promptly called me after my initial inquiry and was incredibly clear and professional in his communication. He quickly followed up with an email detailing the options available, making it easy to choose the right solution for our needs. Once I confirmed the service, they scheduled the installation for the very next morning between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.The technician, Travis Gray, called me at exactly 8 a.m. to inform me he would arrive in 30 minutes, and he was right on time. Travis completed the installation in just 45 minutes, far quicker than I anticipated. Not only was the work done efficiently, but he also cleaned the area thoroughly and shared helpful tips on maintaining the new tank. Impressively, I had hot water within another 45 minutes!The responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail from both Brad and Travis were exceptional. I am extremely satisfied with the communication and service provided by Friesen's Climate Control and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service. We just got a new water heater installed by these wizards. Justin and Jacob were on time and very professional and polite and answered all of my questions in detail. I will vouch for these guys as Justin was the same guy that installed another water heater at our other house a few years ago (water heater still going strong with no problems). This shows employee loyalty to the company and, most importantly, experience proven without marketing. Thank you very much for the superb work!Shout out to boss man Brad for manning the phones (these guys are one of the few companies where it isn't beneath the owner/GM to answer the main phone line) and for his honesty and logical answers to the choice of water heater. Amazing service...my Trane furnace would not generate heat. After waiting for Atco Gas for two days to finally arrive, the tech could not find out what the issue was.I phoned Friesens that morning, explained that I was freezing, and they came out within two hours !!!!!!The tech explained what the issue was at every step...and got the darn furnace to generate heat again..HoorayI would recommend Friesens very highly !Ann
