Good service attitude, but not very good result. In August 2023 I had Friesen's Climate Control installed a KeepRite gas furnace in my house to replace my old Lennox gas furnace. The results have been poor.1, house humidity significantly increased to 60~70%. Previously the humidity was around 50% when we used the old gas furnace.2, The air blower is too weak.3, The hot air distribution is not even from room to room, resulting in uneven temperature in the house.I called the installer several times. They sent a tech come to check twice. They said everything were working fine.A big regret for choosing their gas furnace installation service.

Recently had my tankless hot water heater replaced by Friesen’s, after getting 3 quotes they were the cheapest by a few thousand compared to one quote. This is the second time that I have used Friesen’s, previously they installed my AC. They were highly professional on both occasions, arrived on time and completed within the time stated. Our water heater suddenly went cold on I tried tried to light the pilot light without success. I put in call to Friesen who had installed the water heater in 2019, the Service Technician Kevin gave me a call back and advised that the heater was under warranty and that I should call the manufacturer "Rheem" who were no help at all and did not have a readily available Service Technician as they were based in the U.S. I called Kevin and he advised he was fully booked but would manage to squeeze me into his busy day. Within a short period of time he was at our place and much to my relief had the furnace working within a minute. He advised that the pilot must be depressed at least 30 seconds prior to ignition. Kevin was very courteous and professional and knowledgeable and is now my first call with climate control issues. My wife thanks you as well for Kevin's prompt response to our issue.
