They were also very courteous accepting to re-configure and install a piece of ducting by my preference. They left the place very clean and vacuumed the work area after they finished. They also explained how the new installation operate including its safe operation. Very good professional work.

He quickly followed up with an email detailing the options available, making it easy to choose the right solution for our needs. Once I confirmed the service, they scheduled the installation for the very next morning between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.The technician, Travis Gray, called me at exactly 8 a.m. to inform me he would arrive in 30 minutes, and he was right on time. Travis completed the installation in just 45 minutes, far quicker than I anticipated. Not only was the work done efficiently, but he also cleaned the area thoroughly and shared helpful tips on maintaining the new tank. Impressively, I had hot water within another 45 minutes!The responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail from both Brad and Travis were exceptional. I am extremely satisfied with the communication and service provided by Friesen's Climate Control and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service. I will vouch for these guys as Justin was the same guy that installed another water heater at our other house a few years ago (water heater still going strong with no problems). This shows employee loyalty to the company and, most importantly, experience proven without marketing. Thank you very much for the superb work!Shout out to boss man Brad for manning the phones (these guys are one of the few companies where it isn't beneath the owner/GM to answer the main phone line) and for his honesty and logical answers to the choice of water heater. As well, thanks to Wendy for efficiently helping with payment and paperwork.We will definitely go back to this winning team for our HVAC needs. Amazing service...my Trane furnace would not generate heat. After waiting for Atco Gas for two days to finally arrive, the tech could not find out what the issue was.I phoned Friesens that morning, explained that I was freezing, and they came out within two hours !!!!!!The tech explained what the issue was at every step...and got the darn furnace to generate heat again..HoorayI would recommend Friesens very highly !Ann

I would hands down recommend Friesen's when getting a hot water tank installed. The gentleman showed up on time, was incredibly professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. He was very respectful, making sure to not damage anything or get anything dirty.The office staff were great to deal with when I was figuring out which tank I needed. Friesen's has always been highly professional. They installed our furnace and ac unit, plus our hot water heater. The technitian was very knowledgeable and courteous. The reason they were out was to do a tune up on the furnace. While he was doing that I enquired about furnace and duct cleaning. He gave me a company recommendation and some very good advice about what to look for when they come out to do the work. Thanks for always being there.

I used Friesen for a water heater replacement. The communication upfront was easy, clear and to the point and they booked me for the same day. The technician who showed up was professional, very efficient and experienced. He got my water heater tank drained, new one installed and connected and old one removed all under 2 hours while I thought this would be at least a 2 persons task. Also, I'd totally hire him to feature in a movie. I am happy with the service and recommend Friesen.

Travis did a great job. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. He was quick and he cleaned up after himself. Less than 1.5hrs in and out. Even gave me tips about keeping the water heater maintained. After 2 failed attempts to get other companies to replace the water heater, Frank at Friesen’s got back to me asap and had the job booked the next day. Will def consider using you again.
