Was very pleased with my experience with Friesen’s. Had a hot water tank replaced by them on March 7/23. They were on time and also phoned 30 minutes prior to arrival. They laid mats down the stairway and hallways on the main floor and basement to prevent water stains and marks from the hand cart that was used to bring the new tank in and remove the old tank. The tank was replaced and up and running in less than 2 hours.
Travis also cleaned up any mess that was left. I highly recommend Friesen’s for your water tank replacement.

My hot water heater needed replacing and they had it done same day in little less than 4 hours after my initial call to them. WOW..Incredible fast service and job done perfect. Price was great to, compared to others I contacted . Special thanks to Frank the install manager who made it happen for me and to Justin who did the actual install. Don’t hesitate giving them a call. The men from Friesens replaced the tank with a new one the next day very professional and answered all my concerns or questions Cleaned up and took old tank away also. Recommend this company.

The installer that helped me was very quick with the removal of the old hot water heater and the install of the new one. He also made sure to put down mats to not damage the floors or get them dirty. Our upstairs furnace went out while we were away (thank goodness for a house with two furnaces) when we got home we got on the phone on a Sunday of the Family Day long weekend and Barry came out to our home that afternoon, made a presentation on a RunTru furnace made by Trane that had a 500.00 Home Depot gift card attached for the lowest price that we had been quoted on the same furnace from other companies during the day.
Barry was professional, courteous, offered 4 heaters so we could keep the upstairs warm and we made arrangements for the furnace to be installed on the Wednesday.
They came, got to work, had the furnace installed and the air conditioner hooked back up by around 12:30 and it’s running perfectly
Would totally recommend this company, very efficient, and wonderful people to work with

Our furnaces was not working do to a security thermostat installed. It was -36 at the time. I called and they called back in minutes and were able to come and swap back to normal thermostats with in a couple hours. Great customer service, I absolutely will call them again

Friesen’s was a referral through Home Depot. They were able to replace the furnace quickly. The installation staff were very professional. They completed the install in a reasonable amount of time and they made sure they kept the work are neat and made sure they cleared everything up after themselves. I would recommend Friessen’s if you need a furnace replaced.

I discovered late evening of December 23 2024 my hot water tank had quit working. I googled for tank repair, called Home Depot and left a message. Early next morning I got a call asking a few questions and was told by a very nice lady that a replacement tank could be installed between 10 and 2 pm. True to their word 2 nice young men showed up and installed a new tank. They were efficient and careful to clean up. There was very minor damage on the wood on the steps from the dolly as they moved the tank downstairs, but everything thing else was good. AND it was Christmas Eve.
