Friesen’s is the absolute best. We needed a new hot water tank. We contacted the owner on a Sunday afternoon and the hot water tank was installed by early Monday afternoon. The installers were efficient, friendly and polite. They hauled away the old tank. They cleaned up their work area. All we had to do was admire the new tank. Highly recommended!

We had them come install a new hot water tank in January, through Home Depot. the snake bite they installed on the water tank was too short and during the night it popped off a flooded my basement.It is now March and we have still not come to a resolution. We have been offered a refund of just the tank but not the incorrect labour!I was at home with alone with my 2 year old son with no water, and a flooded basement. We have had to chase this company over and over again for a resolution and they do not want to compensate labour or any water damages that occurred.

Our furnace failed on a Friday morning and we were so lucky to have the Friesen’s team come out on the following Monday to install a new one. They were very professional and worked hard to get the new furnace up and running. In addition they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend.

Friesen's installed my furnace and AC about 18 months ago. That was a solid experience all around, with clear pricing and a good explanation of my options.I had an unexpected issue with the furnace today, and had an exceptional repair tech (Kevin) out in a few hours. There were some complications with parts for the repair that strictly speaking were not Friesen's fault, but Kevin went above and beyond to find a solution that had us working before the afternoon was out.It was very clear that taking care of their customers was their number one priority.

We had a hot water tank replaced in a rental property & this is what the tenant had to say:"They greeted me, although I didn't get names. Very polite young men. They went downstairs to see where everything was, came back up for tools and to lay down carpets the length of the hallway and down the stairs. Still removed shoes every time they went in or out.They let us know when they were going to turn off the water and gave us a chance to flush or draw some water. Let us know as soon as it was back on.They cleaned up all the wet around the furnace and hot tank area, and disposed of all trash and packaging back into their truck, not the complex bins.They told us we would have hot water in about an hour, and they were right. Definitely would recommend them. Very careful and professional."The individuals I as the landlord spoke to were professional, polite & knew exactly what I wanted & were able to do it next day.

We had issues with our hot water tank and looked up companies to repair and fix our unit. Instead of throwing more money into repairs on out 8 year old tank we had it replaced and Friesen was able to come the next day. Having no access to hot water was not ideal but having someone do the job so quickly and reliably was fantastic. A few days into the repair we have not had any issues. Otherwise we look forward to working with Friesen in the future and would recommend then to anyone needing help with their water heating

Quick shout out to the team at Friesen's. Amazing group to deal with. I have dealt with them on an AC install and their service and workmanship was excellent.More recently, our furnace had a trip code that I could not find earlier this week and we had no heat. I called Friesen's and they sent a tech out to help. The turnaround time was incredible! The technician Kevin was very friendly and knowedgable...my dog was also a big fan!Kevin quickly determined the issue and resolved. Our furnace is getting on in years, he did mention that if any major issues arise it may become quite costly to keep it running. He by no means was trying to sell me something new. He was very helpful to educate me on the cost of repair vs replace on a furnace of that age.I have the utmost confidence in the quality and integrity of Friesen's and would recommend to anyone. Once I do need a new furnace, they will be my first call.Thanks Brad and team.
