Five stars for Friesen’s. We used Friesen’s last year for a new furnace install (Dyma and Kevin) and this past month to replace a water heater (Corey). Recently had a furnace installed by the folks at Friesen's and it was over within the day and I had no major issues.

Really liked how when they came to inspect my place they were forthright about what they could offer and what they thought they made sense after they asked how long I was planning on staying in my townhouse. They didn't push AC when I mentioned this wasn't my expected forever home and I appreciated that.

On the day of the install they put down protective coverings on the floor and went right to work.

I recently replace my hot water tank, and the entire experience was outstanding. “Friesen’s” Travis did an incredibly professional, top-tier job from start to finish. I can't say enough great stuff about this company ! I have very specific needs due to health considerations- the installers that came to do my work were so excellent about accomodating all my requests. I was also having a UV unit installed in my HVAC and the game plan needed to change, before moving away from the initial plan I was consulted and advised of any costs that may occur. Needed a water tank and received a very competitive quote from Friesen’s. They came the same day, were quick and Travis was respectful and friendly, he explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up after himself.
